These mass layoffs, often suddenly disrupt not only individual livelihoods but also families and communities that depend on them. No one should face this battle alone. The Congress Party, through the All India Professionals’ Congress (AIPC), stands with the people by launching “Together For Tech Lives” TFTL campaign led by the AIPC IT Professionals’ domain, urge you and all the stakeholders to come together to join and support this campaign to ensure IT workers’ rights are protected through People Centric Responsible AI adoption, and make this transition smooth and humane.
